本吊掛式全自動(dòng)浮法拉邊器(專利號(hào)：ZL200420052139.2、ZL200420052140.5、ZL200420077835.9)用于浮法平板玻璃生產(chǎn)，成對(duì)布置在錫槽兩側(cè)，沿錫槽內(nèi)玻璃運(yùn)行方向，以一定間隔設(shè)置多對(duì)組成拉邊器組。本機(jī)吊掛在設(shè)置于錫槽側(cè)面專用橫梁上，在錫槽側(cè)面兩立柱間可平行移動(dòng)，調(diào)整布置位置；單臺(tái)五個(gè)自由度運(yùn)動(dòng)包含：拉邊輪無極調(diào)速旋轉(zhuǎn)；拉邊桿水平擺動(dòng)；拉邊桿垂直升降運(yùn)動(dòng)；拉邊輪進(jìn)出錫槽運(yùn)動(dòng)；拉邊輪下壓、抬起和緊急抬起。
The suspended automatic top roller (Patent No.:ZL200420052139.2、ZL200420052140.5、ZL200420077835.9) is a necessary device for producing float glass. It is located at two side of tin bath in pairs and combined into the top roller units along running direction of glass ribbon in tin bath. It is hung on special crossbeam, which set at side of tin bath to move horizontally between two buckstay at side of tin bath, and adjust its position. Five freedom operations for single include: adjustable-speed rotation of top roller wheel; horizontal swinging of top roller bar; vertical elevating of top roller bar;top roller wheel getting into and out of tin bath; down-press, lifting and emergency of top roller wheel.

◎ 拉邊桿冷卻水設(shè)置傳感器檢測(cè)水溫，超溫報(bào)警；
◎ 拉邊桿傳動(dòng)齒型帶設(shè)置斷帶檢測(cè)報(bào)警傳感器，并使該對(duì)同時(shí)緊急抬起；
◎ 本機(jī)選用絕對(duì)值編碼器檢測(cè)，運(yùn)動(dòng)重復(fù)精度高，即使突然斷電，來電后記憶當(dāng)前位置；
◎ 本機(jī)三種操作模式：手動(dòng)操作、隨機(jī)控制箱操作、控制室遠(yuǎn)程操作，其中遠(yuǎn)程分上位機(jī)和面板操作；
拉邊器組使用：用總線組成網(wǎng)絡(luò)，遠(yuǎn)程可對(duì)單臺(tái)、單對(duì)、多對(duì)分別或同時(shí)操作。
Edge sealing between top roller bar and tin bath is done by stainless steel corrugated pipe;
A sensor of cooling water of top roller bar is set for checking water temperature and alarming for overtem perature;
A alarm sensor for checking broken belt is set for drive tooth belt of top roller bar and emergency lifting at same time;
The absolute value coder inspection is selected for this device, repeat accuracy of movement is high, even if power is off, the current position will be memorize after power is on;
Three operation mode: manual operation, control box operation, remote operation in control room, in which, remote operation including computer and panel operation;
Usage of top roller group: net is composed of the bus; remote operation is used for single piece, one pair, and multi-pair separately or simultaneously.
